The Good News: I started out my professional life as an instructional designer and HPT (Human Performance Technology) guy. That means I care deeply about how people acquire practical, job-related skills, as opposed to spending a lot of time learning esoteric “content” that they may or may not be able to use on the job. (i.e., for me, job performance & skills are key!)
The Bad News: Some of the articles collected in this section were written for training and HR people who, like any group of professionals, have their own jargon. So the discussion points and recommendations may occasionally drift into the training & HR “weeds.”
